Blue Heron Parent Teacher Organization
Welcome to the Blue Heron Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization! We are based in New Market, MD. We organize and fund a variety of events for both students and faculty, and have a wonderful community of children, parents, guardians, staff and community members!
Families can join the PTO at any time during the school year, and are encouraged to do so! By being a PTO member you can make a difference and help support public education at Blue Heron Elementary School.

STEP 1: REGISTER BY ADDING YOUR INFORMATION
Our PTO’s mission is to advocate for our children and provide outstanding programs that empower our community. Once registered, you can view basic PTO information and have access to forms such as our Membership signup! Events are free, but membership opens up access to perks and special events. Don't miss out on joining the Blue Heron Elementary PTO!
STEP 2: JOIN THE PTO
Membership renews each year and is only $20 per family. Teachers and staff can register themselves and their family for $10. Once you join as a paid family, we will keep you in-the-know with our newsletters, give you access to the directory, and open opportunities to make purchases, volunteer, and complete any paperwork - all online in one spot. Our goal is to save time and work together with families more smoothly!

All other sales and volunteer forms will not load until they have been completed.
PTO General Meeting
No set commitment required! Come to the meetings when you can, volunteer when available, and stay informed. By volunteering with your PTO, you put your skills and hobbies to use for a great cause - your child and all children in the community!
Join us the second Monday of every month at 7PM in the school cafeteria.
